How to use Obelisk Farm hemp seed tea: Always give your bag a good shake to ensure that the hemp seeds and leaves have not settled at the bottom. Then, pour one liter of hot water (80-90 °C) over 3-4 teaspoons of hemp seed tea and wait 5-10 minutes (depending on how strong you want the flavor). Our tip: it is necessary that the drinker sits back, relax, and enjoy!
