For hemp food products, as everyone’s tastes can vary, we, unfortunately, have no way to guarantee that everyone’s personal taste ensures they’ll love every hemp product we offer, and therefore, we cannot refund on such items for personal taste preference. So, we recommend ordering only a small amount of our hemp food before stocking up so that you can be sure it’s a product everyone enjoys.

I want to return my order, how should I proceed? If you intend to return one or more items, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the products are intact, sealed, complete, and in the original packaging, which cannot be damaged, altered, or scratched.

For items that we do offer returns on (accessories, cleaning products, bath/body care, cosmetics, etc.), please email [email protected] before sending any items back to us.  If a defective or incorrect item is sent to you, we will take care of return and/or re-ship costs at our expense.

If you ever receive an item that is damaged or unusable due to problems encountered in shipping to you, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.  While almost every order arrives in perfect condition, things do happen, so just let us know if something arrives in a way that’s not right and we’ll do what we can to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
