Creamy Hemp Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk (dairy or plant-based)
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of hemp seed oil
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or sweetener of choice
A pinch of sea salt
Whipped cream or marshmallows for topping (optional)


Instructions:
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm (but not boiling).
